President, CEO
Matt Soddy
From Springfield, Illinois, Matt moved to Greenville, NC in Spring of 1992 at age 20 to begin working alongside his father Michael L. Soddy the founder of SASCORP Inc. In 2006 Matt founded Superior Concrete of NC, Inc. As company President, Matt oversees all functions within the company.
Vice President, Project Manager
Brandon Deal
From Ahoskie, NC, Brandon graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's in Construction Management. Joining Superior in 2012, Brandon is partnered with Matt in operating Superior Concrete of NC, Inc. He also manages all active projects and helps run day-to-day operations of the company.
Project Superintendent
Dave Congdon
Originally from Pawpaw, Indiana, Dave moved to Greenville in 1994. Dave attended Junior College in New Hampshire to receive a certificate in management. Dave joined Superior during it's founding as a project superintendent. He maintains an excellent relationship with the crews and is an expert in project management.
Field Superintendent
Dylan Soddy
A Greenville, NC native, Dylan began his work at Superior Concrete in 2020. After gaining valuable experience in the concrete industry, Dylan is currently a project superintendent and helps manage active jobs. Dylan maintains a constructive and positive relationship with the crews and is a valuable asset in project management.
Head Mechanic
Pal Long
Pal was raised in Virginia. Following his service in the navy, Pal joined Superior Concrete in 2006. Pal is an expert in his field and oversees all equipment, trucks, and machinery in our fleet.
Controller, CFO
Irvin Villeda
Irvin is from Greenville, NC and studied at East Carolina University to receive a Bachelor's in Accounting. He joined Superior Concrete in 2022. As Controller, Irvin oversees all finances, insurance, payroll, receivables, and billables.
Estimator
Ike Perry
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Ike moved to Greenville in 2020 to attend East Carolina University. He is currently studying to obtain a Bachelor's in Construction Management. Ike joined Superior Concrete in 2022 as an Estimator. He now oversees estimates and bids for Superior Concrete of NC.
